Delivery

We know you are keen to get your order asap which is why we will send it via Express Post (excluding wristbands which are sent via regular mail).  We will also send you an email as soon as we have posted your order so you can track your parcel's every move! 

Returns
We love our products and we want you to love them too so we will happily accept returned items in accordance with our Returns Policy outlined below.

Something isn’t quite right
We make every effort to check everything carefully before it goes out, but sometimes things can get missed. If you receive a faulty item (i.e. the garment has a defect) we will happily replace it for you. If the original item is no longer available we will offer you a replacement product, of equal value to the original item, in exchange. Please note: Faults do not include differences in colour. Fabric and print colours may vary slightly from those viewed on a computer screen.

I have received the wrong item
We try our best to get things right but sometimes we make mistakes. If you receive the wrong item (i.e., not the item you ordered) we will happily arrange a replacement for you.

How do I return faulty/incorrect items?
If you receive a faulty/incorrect item please contact us immediately via inkpi@outlook.com to report the problem and arrange a return. Please note: Item/s must be returned to us within 7 days of purchase. Item/s must be unwashed, unworn and in their original condition (including all tags & packaging).

What if I change my mind?
We will not provide refunds if you simply change your mind.

Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item, please contact us immediately at inkpi@outlook.com with the reason for your request so we can check stock availability. The garment must be returned to us within 7 days of purchase and must be unwashed, unworn and in its original condition (including all tags & packaging). When exchanging garments, the customer will pay all freight charges. Please include a self-addressed pre-paid satchel so we can send the new item to you. For items that cannot be replaced due to stock being unavailable, a product of equal value to the original purchase will be offered.  

Peace of mind

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refunds

Because we donate a percentage of our sales to charity each week we are unable to offer refunds. However if you are unhappy with your purchase we will happily replace or exchange your item/s as per above conditions.
